Introducing Our Lighthouse Counseling
Shining a light on mental health. Get accessible and personalized care. Together we will prioritize you.
It’s good to meet you
Hi! My name is Kenna. I am a licensed counselor in mental health and substance use counseling. (LCMHC & MLADC). I am happy you are here.
I work with clients of all ages guiding them on their healing journey. Meeting you where you are, we will use an eclectic approach to reach your goals. I use different tools, theories and resources to ensure that I am giving you the best possible care.
I specialize in grief, trauma, substance abuse, anxiety and enjoy working with children.
All of my clients would tell you I am a big self care advocate! When I am not working, I enjoy spending my time: cooking, writing, with my family and singing- loudly though terribly.
A safe and relaxing space to guide us to our goals: In-person and remote options
Our office is conveniently located in Concord. We have both on-site parking and street parking. Can’t make it into the office? No worries – we’ve got you covered with teletherapy.

If you need to cancel your appointment for any reason, we do require 24 hours notice to avoid a late fee.
-
Are substance use evaluations covered by insurance?
Unfortunately, insurances do not cover substance use evaluations. The evaluation is a total of $525 broken up over three appointments. Meaning, you will pay $175 at the time of each appointment.
Evaluations may be conducted in person or via telehealth.

How do I know counseling is right for me?
As people, we can usually tell very quickly if something is a good fit. While I try to provide as much information about myself on my page. The best way to know, is to have a first appointment! While a first session can sometimes feel a bit nerve wracking, I strive to create a comfortable environment and I am honored to be a part of your journey.
“Exciting thoughts coming soon!”
